We believe in empowering our employees, fostering collaboration, and delivering top-quality products that set industry standards.&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a dedicated Field Warranty Technician to join our team, serving as a vital link between our customers, dealers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client success.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a Field Warranty Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and performance of Explore Industries fiberglass swimming pools. This primarily road-based position combines hands-on repair work at customer homes and dealer sites with occasional in-house support at our ExploreBase facilities in Dix, IL, and Northwood, OH, delivering professional repairs on the road that keep pools looking and performing like new.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform expert fiberglass swimming pool repairs on-site, including gelcoat resurfacing, sanding, grinding, structural fixes, and application of resin, fiberglass, catalyst, and related materials.</li><li>Complete repairs on installed pools at customer homes or dealer locations, as well as occasional in-house repairs on stored units.</li><li>Assess pool construction, installation quality, and damage to determine the best repair approach.</li><li>Adjust techniques and materials based on changing climatic conditions to ensure high-quality, durable results.</li><li>Drain, brace, and prepare pools as needed for safe and effective repairs.</li><li>Coordinate supply orders and pick-ups from regional manufacturing/distribution centers.</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe mobile work environment.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate repair visits directly with dealers and homeowners.</li><li>Travel is required.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements that enhance repair efficiency and customer experience.</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>1+ years of hands-on experience with fiberglass, resin, catalyst, gelcoat, or similar materials (e.g., auto body repair, boat repair, drywall/sheetrock finishing).</li><li>Proven ability to adapt materials and techniques to varying weather/climatic conditions.</li><li>Experience in a physical, hands-on trade environment with strict quality and safety standards.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless repairs.</li><li>Ability to work independently on the road while maintaining clear communication with the team.</li><li>Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, use hand/power tools, and work in outdoor conditions year-round.</li><li>Customer-focused attitude with professional communication skills for interacting with dealers and homeowners.</li><li>Flexibility and reliability for travel with possible overnight and weekend work as needed.</li><li>Willingness to learn Explore Industries-specific repair techniques and cross-train within the team.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Base Annual Range: $55,000 &ndash; $62,000 annually</li><li>Actual compensation will be based on experience, job-related skills, and applicable geographic location.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Additional Compensation</strong><br>&nbsp;Eligible employees may receive access to the following benefits and programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options</li><li>Optional life and disability insurance</li><li>Company-provided service vehicle for business use</li><li>Per diem allowance to cover meals and incidental expenses while on rotation</li><li>Company-paid lodging during on-rotation periods</li><li>Company-paid fuel for the service vehicle</li><li>Other incentive or compensation programs are available for this position</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Dive In?</strong></p><p>If you&rsquo;re a skilled tradesperson who thrives on the road, passionate about delivering high-quality fiberglass repairs, and ensuring customer enjoyment for years to come, we want to hear from you!</p><p>Learn more about us at <a href=\"https://exploreindustries.com/our-company/careers/\" target=\"_blank\">exploreindustries.com</a>.</p><p><em>We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
