      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Degree or Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field</li>\n<li>10+ years of proven experience as a Construction Safety Manager or a similar role in industrial, infrastructure, hydro, logistics, and commercial real estate projects</li>\n<li>CRSP, NCSO or equivalent a strong asset</li>\n<li>Ability to deal with several stakeholders, including clients, GCs, subtrades, MOL inspectors etc</li>\n<li>Third party construction safety experience a valuable asset</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.</li>\n\n</div>"
