Description

At Ferraro Foods, our Customer Service team does more than process orders. They are the connection between our customers, sales teams, and operations, ensuring every order is accurate and every issue is resolved. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Bring to the Table • Process a high volume of customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail • Handle inbound and transferred calls, addressing customer inquiries professionally • Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, delivery, and services • Support Sales Representatives and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met • Research and resolve customer issues, including billing discrepancies, order errors, and service concerns • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, operations, and transportation teams • Maintain consistent communication with customers, including follow-up on open items • Assist with researching account discrepancies, including credits, returns, and pricing issues • Support coordination of deliveries, pickups, and routing-related inquiries • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account activity • Assist with processing credits, billing adjustments, and related documentation • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service levels and resolve concerns The Ingredients for Success • 2+ years of customer service, data entry, or administrative experience • Experience handling high call volume and/or order entry • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve issues • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Why You’ll Love Working Here • Be part of the team that keeps orders accurate and customers supported • Work closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams • Fast-paced environment where your impact is visible • Opportunity to grow within customer service and operations • Be part of a company that supports customers across the food industry The Details • Department: Customer Service • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, occasional Sundays • Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offerings.
