The role requires someone with great attention to detail and strong analytical and organisational skills to ensure accurate and efficient management and control of finished goods inventory to company standards. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The role would be full time working 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 2:00pm Fridays.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting to our Inventory Manager you will support the following:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Maintaining inventory; stock management including maintaining minimum quantities</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaising with Senior Merchandise Planner to review safety stock levels on regular basis</span></li>\n<li><span>Allocate online stock in an accurate and efficient manner</span></li>\n<li><span>Release of weekly stock orders from Supply Plan based on required demand</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaising with Sales team to provide up to date ETA’s for stock replenishments</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity and data accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain product identification and locations</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain Transfer Order ‘expected ship dates’, follow up on stock work orders ensuring all production timelines are kept within timeframes</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage “Pre Order” SKUs ensuring delivery estimates and qty. available to promise are maintained</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform and supervise planned cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies, and propose necessary corrections</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate with Boutique managers to resolve inventory issues</span></li>\n<li><span>Documenting and controlling aged and damaged stock in online stock and showroom locations</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage new Boutique launch kits to ensure they are ready for dispatch, and confirm transfer orders to location on time</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage final call and last change items at showroom and online stock locations</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage cost centres, lead times, bill of distribution and costing templates</span><br></li>\n<li>Daily physical movement of stock; <span>Manual handling and lifting involved</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Knowledge/Behaviours:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum 3 years experience in a similar inventory control role</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Current Australian driving license</span></li>\n<li><span>Exceptional product knowledge</span></li>\n<li><span>NetSuite experience is preferred however SAP or similar business systems experience will be considered</span></li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills and experience are highly desirable</li>\n<li><span>Demonstrates effective time management, attention to detail and organisational skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills required</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent written and oral communication skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend and pull heavy items</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace Mission and Values</span></li>\n<li><span>Relevant experience in an inventory control environment with supply chain experience in retail industry (desired but not essential)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GLL Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work in beautiful Burleigh Heads based Operations and Production Facility </span></li>\n<li><span>Be a member of a highly passionate team in a growing business that is expanding both nationally and internationally</span></li>\n<li><span>Continued support and development opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span>Employee Assistance Program</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Generous employee discounts on bridal and occasional wear</span></li>\n<li><span>Team rewards, monthly employee recognition program, bi-annual team celebrations and much, much more.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Candidates must possess full Australian working rights.
