You will partner with leaders to proactively identify talent needs, build strong pipelines, and provide expert advice on hiring approaches and market trends.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will own and manage recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes and support the broader People &amp; Talent function by embedding consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring and employee lifecycle practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">End-to-end recruitment delivery, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs, sourcing strategies, and timelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Source, assess and select high-quality candidates using proactive and direct sourcing approaches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build talent pipelines and support future workforce and succession planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver a positive and efficient candidate and onboarding experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate recruitment processes, documentation, and system records</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, compliance, and offboarding</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide talent advisory support to employees, enabling professional development and career growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, governance, and compliance requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform hiring decisions</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, managing multiple roles across diverse business areas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven capability in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pipelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective hiring outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sound knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Skilled in candidate assessment, relationship building, and delivering a positive candidate experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High level of organisation, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Commercial awareness of market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of recruitment processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience supporting employee development, including career pathways and capability growth</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Why PolyNovo?</span></span></p>\n<p>Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
