    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p>• Release WIP from hold.<br/>• Execute OCAP following process specification.<br/>• Execute engineering experiment per instruction from engineer.<br/>• Train/certify operators and other process technicians<br/>• Write / Proof-read process specification.<br/>• Monitoring and analysis of SPC and process data stream.<br/>• Modify/create process recipes.<br/>• Design/execute engineering experiment and analyze data to generate conclusions.<br/>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p>\n<p>Required Minimum Education<br/>☐No Diploma<br/>☒High School Diploma or equivalent<br/>☐College Course work or equivalent<br/>☐2 Year college degree (Associate or equivalent)<br/>☐4 Year college degree (Bachelor or equivalent)<br/>☐Post-graduate degree or equivalent<br/>Expected Minimum Years of Related Experience<br/>☐Less than 1 year<br/>☐2+ years<br/>☐4+ years<br/>☐6+ years<br/>☐8+ years<br/>☒10+ years</p>\n<p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and engineering practices</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of unit process</li>\n <li>SEM experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Knowledge of engineering statistics</li>\n <li>Good written/oral communication skills</li>\n <li>Fluency in MS Office suite as well as JMP or other statistics software</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will be exposed to areas where hand tools and power tools are being operated</li>\n <li>Will be exposed to areas where hazardous chemicals or gases are stored</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a cleanroom environment per semi-conductor protocol/requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods</li>\n <li>Wear full cleanroom attire (smock, mask, etc.)</li>\n <li>Work with and/or around chemicals (such as solids and acids)</li>\n <li>Stand for up to 4 hours at a time</li>\n <li>Lift up to 16-30 Pounds&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Push/Pull up to 16-30 pounds</li>\n <li>Sit for up to 4 hours at a time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Safety Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
