Someone who understands the production line and is willing to learn. This individual must have a keen attention to detail and be consistent with the ability to maintain productive speed. Punctuality is key to our output.&nbsp;</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities include the following-other duties may be assigned.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Disassembles window and door units in preparation for production&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift and stage multiple units on production carts.</li><li>Label each piece of unit with specific ID numbers and colors.</li><li>Pushes each cart to the next production cell.</li><li>Cleaning and masking window and door frames and other parts in preparation for painting.</li><li>Checks the surface of the unit and determines if silicone is present. Removes silicone using a razor blade, sanding pad, or other tools.</li><li>Uses an air hose to blow off particles&nbsp;</li><li>Reports defects to floor lead.</li><li>Removes masking paper and tape from painted windows and doors after quality is approved.</li><li>Cleans paint and glue from glass and inserts bulb seal if present.</li><li>Inserts screen into the frame if present and inserts weep hole covers if required.</li><li>Assembles window and door with all parts removed during disassembly.</li><li>Packages units based on customer requirements.</li><li>Scans and adhere label on the window if required.</li><li>Stages on carts for shipping per customer&nbsp;</li><li>Applies Banding/strapping as required.</li></ul><p>Perform other related duties as assigned. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
