Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras.</li>\n <li>Review surveillance coverage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.</li>\n <li>Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts. </li>\n <li>Monitor recording equipment, and check equipment operation. </li>\n <li>Report all observed violations of gaming regulations and procedures to appropriate authority in order to adhere to company reporting requirements.</li>\n <li>Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.</li>\n <li>Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.</li>\n <li>Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. </li>\n <li>Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li>\n <li>Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS </u></strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be at least 18 years of age. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED; one to two years of casino Surveillance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of six months related experience and/or training preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals </li>\n <li>Ability to write accurate reports and correspondence</li>\n <li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply concepts of basic algebra.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak effectively before groups of management or employees of organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
