          "text": "<p>The Fabricator I supports production by performing foundational fabrication tasks under direct supervision. This role focuses on learning fabrication processes, safe equipment operation, and quality standards while contributing to customer-specific orders.</p><p>The Fabricator I must exhibit the behaviors of the WireCo Business System (WBS):</p><ul><li>Teamwork - welcomes an environment of inclusiveness and healthy debate that reflects our team’s strength</li><li>Accountable – celebrates our successes, learn from failures, avoid excuses, and own the outcomes of our efforts</li><li>Self-Aware – demonstrates an understanding of our strengths and needs, considering how our actions impact others</li><li>Noble Intent – acts in the interests of others, approaching our work with integrity to ensure the best outcome</li><li>Determined – takes initiative, share ideas and find solutions to win and achieve our goals</li><li>Transparent – promotes open and honest communication and constructive feedback for clarity and truth</li><li>Curious – seeks knowledge and outside input to test our way of thinking, challenging the status quo</li></ul><p><strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Cut rope to specified customer lengths using chop saws and measuring tools</li><li>Assist with pressing and installing buttons to defined diameter requirements</li><li>Practice, train, and obtain annual welding certification to ensure weld integrity and reliability</li><li>Strip plastic coating from rope per work instructions</li><li>Apply protective coatings or paint to exposed rope and button assemblies</li><li>Perform basic visual quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications</li><li>Safely operate hand tools and entry-level fabrication equipment</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li></ul><p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></p><p>$21.50/hr</p><p>+ Monthly Incentive Payments based on meeting operational metrics after the 90-day probationary period is complete</p><p><u><strong>Schedule:</strong></u></p><p>Monday - Friday:&#xa0; 7 am - 3 pm&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
