      "content": "\n<li>Commit to leading worship 46-48 weekends per year.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Carry out the weekend plan on location with excellence, passion, and authenticity.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Recruit, train and pastor a community of musicians and artists, who are gifted, prepared, connected, healthy and growing.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Schedule volunteers with consistency and timeliness using Planning Center Online.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Take initiative to stay up-to-date on all centrally planning elements for weekend gatherings and special events.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide weekly communication to volunteers about weekend gathering information and programming details.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Intentionally connect with all volunteers on your team at least 3 times a year (1 of the connections will identify goals for growth).&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist Worship Department in cultivating a worship culture that is God honoring, engaging, and accessible to those who are far from God, as well as challenging and encouraging to those who are Christ followers.&nbsp;</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Contribute creatively to the Worship Department in the following ways, but not limited to:&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Song Development and Research&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Creative Elements and moments for weekend gatherings&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Special gathering elements (Christmas, Easter, Campaign, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Best practices and team management ideas&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Songwriting&nbsp;</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Attend and contribute to Worship Department meetings and projects which include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Weekly Worship Department meetings&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Regional Team meetings&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Worship Department Bible Study&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Music Recordings&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Nights of Worship&nbsp;</li>\n<li>DEVELUP Program&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Outdoor Worship Nights&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "text": "Worship Leader Requirements: ",
      "content": "\n<li>The Worship Leader’s primary role is to serve the greater vision of LCBC Church (introducing people to Jesus and together fully following him).&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Participate in staff meetings and location specific events/initiatives such as Growth Track classes, conferences, outdoor worship nights, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist in Pastoral Care by serving on the PRT (Pastoral Response Team) rotation, and provide music and programming for weddings and funerals.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Participate in “All-Church” functions and events such as: All Staff Huddles, All Staff Meetings, LCBC U, Capital Campaigns, Conferences, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n"
