    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>Journeyman Millwrights </strong>for projects located in the <strong>San Antonio, TX area</strong>. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is <strong>$32-40/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. If you are a Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong>          </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot 5 production lines</li>\n <li>Prepare, implement, and support weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance as required for all machines and equipment</li>\n <li>Repair as needed: Operation Equipment, Warehouse Equipment, Facility, Electrical, Plumbing.</li>\n <li>Safekeeping and inventory of a small tools, kits, and power tools.</li>\n <li>Set- up of all equipment prior to production runs, changeovers, and assembly (or disassembly).</li>\n <li>Operate either line (or both, if required)</li>\n <li>Work with all departments to maintain production and facility goals</li>\n <li>Complete daily records and work orders as needed</li>\n <li> Understand levels of line downtime caused by equipment issues and associated points of cause</li>\n <li> Using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</li>\n <li>Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment</li>\n <li>Equipment should be modified, lubricated, diagnosed, and operated</li>\n <li>Industrial control systems must be maintained</li>\n <li>Create and report repairs</li>\n <li>Complete the necessary work order documentation and keep track of the parts and materials used</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic experience required</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or industry specific certification preferred</li>\n <li>2+ years of maintenance experience is required</li>\n <li>GED or high school diploma</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Details</h2>\n<p>Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. </p>\n<p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours worked</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“<strong>Be Safe” from fraud!</strong>  Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other “up front”  costs as a condition of hire.
