As Security Guard, you will ensure a safe and secure community by following the proper protocol to only allow authorized entry while remaining courteous and professional in your dealings and communication.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Create a positive first impression for guests and owners by providing friendly and professional service</li><li>Stay alert and attentive to every vehicle providing quick response times</li><li>Record all vehicle and destination information for each person entering community&nbsp;</li><li>Allow authorized personnel entry by following the correct steps to verify access</li><li>If unauthorized, re-direct and do not grant access to community until authorized</li><li>Provide daily security patrol through the community as scheduled</li><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and internal communication</li><li>Work closely with the front office and communicate effectively with all staff</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of workplace</li><li>Stay up to date on community happenings and events</li><li>Program car tags as assigned</li><li>Provide expertise and support for security throughout community</li><li>Place the robot cleaner in the pool and/or remove the robot depending on your shift start time.</li><li>Provide other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>",
