Candidates from other disciplines with demonstrable skills and experience in quantitative research, data science, and GenAI will also be considered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Experience:</span></span><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1–5 years of hands-on experience</span> in policy evaluation and analysis. This experience should include demonstrable application of statistical, data science, computational social science, NLP, and GenAI methods, along with a track record of tangible contributions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Proficiency in Python</span></span><span> is crucial as most of our solutions are built using Python.
