          "text": "<p>Coffman Engineers is seeking a&#xa0;<strong>Project&#xa0;Manager</strong>&#xa0;for our Woodland Hills office. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, energetic team player with ten plus years of project management, design, and construction experience. Coffman’s office offers a small firm work environment with large firm opportunities.</p><p>You would report directly to the local office Department Manager, project managing local projects and potentially projects across all 23 Coffman offices.</p><p>Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineers may all apply.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering for a variety of projects involving on commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, utility, or alternative energy projects. Candidates should have experience leading a multidiscipline team of engineers and designers and a desire to understand more about engineering disciplines and construction issues outside of their engineering focus.&#xa0; Candidate should also have interest and expertise in successfully managing client and team relationships through challenges that may arise.</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Approximate Base Salary – $90,000 - $150,000+ based on experience</li><li>Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate</li><li>Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance</li><li>Hybrid Work Schedule&#xa0;<em>(subject to change)</em></li><li>401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution</li></ul>",
