    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Primary Responsibilities:</span></u></strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;Prepare and install ductwork for new heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes.</span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><u>Specific Duties &amp; Tasks:</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Select appropriate materials based on specifications, standards, and job requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;Measure, cut, fabricate, and install ductwork, insulation, grilles, dampers, and piping as directed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;Install HVAC equipment, fans, and electrical components in line with job blueprints and guidelines</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Follow and interpret blueprints, job layouts, and installation instructions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;Utilize hand tools, portable power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;2+ years of ductwork experience required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, roofs, and heights.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Have obtained a valid driver&rsquo;s license for at least 15 months, and able to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Eligible to legally work in the United States.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Be at least 18 years of age.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Be able to work flexible hours including overtime as needed.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applicable military experience&nbsp;will be considered.</li></ul><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ability to travel, if needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
