The Investment Operations Specialist is responsible for working with the Petersen Hastings team to perform a wide range of investment related services for new and existing clients. These duties include execute security transactions (equity and fixed income), review and maintain client account asset allocation targets, prepare financial reports, and provide general support and research of portfolio and investment strategies. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(121, 178, 199); font-size: 12pt\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Trading: Implement asset allocation plan, portfolio rebalancing, buy/sell/exchange securities as needed, cash investments, tax loss harvesting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Execute money movement: distributions, contributions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understand investment options, strategies, and vehicles. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform database maintenance/updates in Trading System, escalate and resolve issues as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform account maintenance: product set up, model set up/updates, cost basis. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and execute proxy voting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understand and able to communicate and apply custodian fee schedules. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Thoroughly investigate and follow up on reconciliation and settlement issues. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate with custodians regarding trade related interfaces, best execution, etc. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in the creation of internal reports/processes for monitoring data points.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(121, 178, 199);
