Perform Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) management, remediation, and reporting. Develop, maintain, and update system security documentation, including SSPs and C&A artifacts. Collaborate closely with the ISSM to uphold the program’s IA posture. Maintain the operational security posture for assigned information systems. Conduct security evaluations to ensure systems meet all certification and compliance requirements. Maintain technical records for workstations, servers, network devices, and security appliances. Analyze cyber threats and develop strategies for incident detection, reporting, and remediation. Manage security‑related configuration changes across software, hardware, and firmware. Support evaluation and deployment of security solutions for multi‑classification environments. Develop, update, and enforce system‑specific security policies. Administer user identification and authentication mechanisms for assigned systems.
