We welcome candidates who can contribute to the excellence of our academic community.</p>\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Directs the strategic planning, development, and implementation of program. </li>\n <li>Collaborates with representatives from private, government, and international agencies. </li>\n <li>Represents the program in various national and international fora. </li>\n <li>Conducts research, designs new initiatives, writes publishable articles and papers, collaborates with others, and designs programs. </li>\n <li>May supervise staff. </li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years’ experience in design and management of daily operations of programming designed for adults living with Mild Cognitive Impairment. </li>\n <li>Job requires in depth, working knowledge of the Harriet and Charlie Shaffer Cognitive Empowerment Program at Emory Goizueta Brain Health Institute and the CEP's affiliated research and community-based programs. </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of CEP's partnership with the Georgia Memory Net is required. Role will include supervision of program operations staff and dotted-line or collaborative supervision of program IT and data support, service providers, and research staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in field related to specific program as indicated and five years program related experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. </li>\n <li>Master's degree preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA.
