Drive decisions.</strong></p><p>Company is seeking a Tableau Architect to lead our&#xa0;enterprise Tableau environment and analytics strategy—someone who can&#xa0;architect scalable reporting, build high-impact dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights.</p><p>This is a&#xa0;hands-on, high-visibility, customer-facing role&#xa0;where you’ll partner across the business and with external stakeholders to shape how data drives decisions.</p><p><strong>What's Special About This Role?</strong></p><ul><li>Evolve our&#xa0;Tableau Cloud platform end-to-end</li><li>Influence&#xa0;enterprise KPIs, reporting standards, and data strategy</li><li>Work directly with&#xa0;business leaders and external partners</li><li>Lead&#xa0;QlikView to Tableau modernization efforts</li><li>Combine&#xa0;technical depth, analytics, and storytelling</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Tableau Platform &amp; BI Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Architect, administer, and optimize&#xa0;Tableau Cloud&#xa0;(performance, security, scalability)</li><li>Manage&#xa0;user access, authentication, and external integrations</li><li>Define and enforce&#xa0;reporting standards, governance, and design best practices</li><li>Embed dashboards into&#xa0;applications and enterprise tools</li><li>Leverage&#xa0;Tableau APIs&#xa0;for automation and system integration</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics &amp; Insights</strong></p><ul><li>Build&#xa0;interactive dashboards and executive reporting</li><li>Perform&#xa0;exploratory data analysis (EDA)&#xa0;to identify trends and opportunities</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to define&#xa0;KPIs, metrics, and business logic</li><li>Translate data into&#xa0;clear, actionable insights and recommendations</li><li>Ensure&#xa0;data accuracy, consistency, and integrity&#xa0;across reporting layers</li></ul><p><strong>Data Engineering Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Write and optimize&#xa0;advanced SQL queries across multiple systems</li><li>Design&#xa0;aggregates and semantic layers&#xa0;for high-performance reporting</li><li>Collaborate with Data Engineering on&#xa0;data models and pipelines</li><li>Support&#xa0;QlikView to Tableau migration</li><li>Document data flows, metrics, and dashboards for governance</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Customer Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Work directly with&#xa0;internal teams and external partners</li><li>Gather requirements and deliver&#xa0;impactful, data-driven solutions</li><li>Present insights to&#xa0;technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Train and support users on BI tools and best practices</li><li>Mentor junior analysts and serve as a&#xa0;Tableau subject matter expert</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>✔ 5–10+ years of experience in&#xa0;Business Intelligence / Analytics / Reporting<br>\n✔ Deep expertise with&#xa0;Tableau (Cloud, administration, architecture)<br>\n✔ Advanced&#xa0;SQL skills (multi-database environments)<br>\n✔ Strong experience with&#xa0;data visualization &amp; dashboard design<br>\n✔ Solid understanding of&#xa0;data warehousing, lakehouse, and data modeling<br>\n✔ Experience building&#xa0;semantic layers &amp; performance-optimized datasets<br>\n✔ Strong communication skills—able to translate data into&#xa0;business insights<br>\n✔ Experience working with&#xa0;cross-functional teams and external stakeholders</p><p><strong>Preferred&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Tableau APIs, dashboard embedding into applications</li><li>Experience with&#xa0;QlikView → Tableau migration</li><li>Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)</li><li>Python for analytics, automation, or integration</li><li>Knowledge of&#xa0;data governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks</li></ul>",
