This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing and packing customer-purchased guitars and merchandise to Gibson standards, and sustaining a clean, organized, and safe shipping environment. The Shipping Coordinator plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experience by ensuring goods are shipped securely and on time.</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Functions</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prepare, pack, and ship customer-purchased guitars using secure, protective, and brand-approved methods.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Process and track all incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordinating with carriers and maintaining accurate records.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support daily inventory management, including counting, receiving, logging, and storing product.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain shipping department cleanliness, organization, and workflow standards.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
