font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Serves as a subject matter expert on Epic (OCHIN), developing and delivering onboarding, ongoing, and hands-on training for clinical staff on workflows including registration, rooming, documentation, billing, care gap identification, and regulatory requirements (HRSA, UDS, and organizational standards).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provides &ldquo;at-the-elbow&rdquo; support to reinforce workflow adoption, improve staff proficiency, and promote adherence to clinical and operational best practices.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assists with the setup of new centers, including implementation of operational policies, standardized workflows, training materials, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across clinical sites.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitors clinical workflows and collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, standardization, and improved patient outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Acts as a liaison between clinical staff and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, support testing and implementation of EHR updates and enhancements, and improve system functionality.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin: 0in;
