We look for the following: Roofing Sub Contractors Siding Sub Contractors Carpentry Sub Contractors Interior Builds Sub Contractors Must meet the following standards: Maintain a safe and orderly work environment Observe all safety requirements and regulations at all times See that all necessary permits are acquired prior to completing any work Minimize waste and maximize efficiency to reduce costs Meet or exceed all code requirements Source all necessary materials ensuring quality and price point are as promised Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the respective construction field Valid Certificate of Insurance with General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage.
