You are responsible for Support and further develop existing customer relationships from our German office in Münster combined with frequent travel to customers in Eastern Europe and the Balkan region Independent acquisition of new customers and distributors, with a focus on building long-term business relationships Providing technical advice and conducting product presentations and trainings Preparation of offers, sales and contract negotiations through to final agreement Market and competitor analysis Participation in national and international trade fairs Close cooperation with the product management and marketing team Preparation of reports for sales management Your profile First experience in international sales or an interest in technical products is an advantage, but not a requirement Very good written and spoken English Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required. Additional languages from Eastern Europe or the Balkan region are considered a plus Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality Independent, well-structured working style and a high willingness to travel.
