      "text": "Key Responsibilities:",
      "content": "\n<li>Oversee all financial functions, including GAAP financial reporting, month-end/year-end closings, audit preparation, tax filings (e.g., 990s), and external reporting.</li>\n<li>Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, fund management, and investment accounting. Act as liaison to insurance companies and investment consultants.</li>\n<li>Partner with the VP of Administration and Finance to support treasury activities, including cash management and investment reporting.</li>\n<li>Prepare materials for Board Committees (Audit, Finance, Investment).</li>\n<li>Oversee departmental and institutional budgets.</li>\n<li>Serve as fiduciary and voting member of the University’s Retirement Plans Committee.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field required</li>\n<li>5–10 years of progressive experience in financial management, reporting, and fund accounting. Controller-level experience highly preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, non-profit accounting, financial systems, and reporting tools. Experience with Colleague/Prophix and ADP a plus.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple departments.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li>\n"
