Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis.</li>\n <li>Directs functional testing of various projects or systems.Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.</li>\n <li>Develops new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.</li>\n <li>Writes and updates project documentation including procedures, presentations, and training materials.</li>\n <li>Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.</li>\n <li>Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.</li>\n <li>May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.</li>\n <li>May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts.</li>\n <li>May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)</li>\n <li>Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.</li>\n <li>Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.</li>\n <li>Recognized as a subject matter expert in a specific area.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the IAMD domain</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years’ supporting Department of Defense requirements development processes on the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, or Service staff.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the Joint Staff’s Capability requirements process</li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI required</li>\n <li>US Citizenship Required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $185,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
