    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Full-Time, part-times Days, and Nights (NOC) available </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a kindhearted, energetic <strong>Certified</strong> <strong>Caregiver/Med Tech</strong> who has a genuine desire to help seniors and is committed to meeting their day-to-day needs while helping to preserve their dignity and quality of life. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents, including but not limited to, <strong>administering medications</strong> to the residents in a safe, accurate, and timely manner based on medical chart records.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer prescribed medications to assisted living residents and maintain medical records.</li>\n <li>Order and complete medication records.</li>\n <li>Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.</li>\n <li>Perform welfare checks on residents.</li>\n <li>Document and report care provided and resident observations.</li>\n <li>Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li><strong>Must be a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona.</strong></li>\n <li>Must be available for on-call caregiver duties as scheduled by the Director.</li>\n <li>Must possess a current CPR and First Aid card, fingerprint clearance card, and recent TB test.</li>\n <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.</li>\n <li>Prior assisted living caregiving and medication administration experience a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free meal provided during lunch working hours. </li>\n <li>Daily pay option available.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>403b company matched retirement plan.</li>\n <li>Career Growth Opportunities.</li>\n <li>The company provides a $15,000 life insurance payout, with the option to purchase additional coverage.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program and much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, Part-time, and Night (NOC) shifts available.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Multiple shift options with weekday and weekend availability!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>Starting pay is $18 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fellowship Square is a not-for-profit Christian Care Community providing over 40 years of affordable senior housing to our residents while promoting their quality of life and independence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are a company that cares about its hard-working employees.
