This role works collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, educators, and interdisciplinary specialists to support IEP goals, sensory regulation, motor development, and student independence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Bay Area</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span> Full-time, academic year + Extended School Year (June–July)</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Setting:</span> Special education / school-based</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">California licensure (active)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">School-based or pediatric experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with autism and sensory processing strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with IEPs and interdisciplinary teams</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deliver OT services aligned with IEP goals under OT supervision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain daily session notes and quarterly progress reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with teachers, aides, and specialists</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support sensory, motor, and executive function strategies in classrooms</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understands and adheres to established School policies and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Meets regularly with OT(s) for review and implementation of OT plan of care and implementation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performs services planned, delegated, and supervised by the OT(s)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Consults with OT(s) regarding change in treatment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintains clear and timely documentation, including daily session notes and quarterly progress reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attends all IEP meetings, team meetings, and/or parent meetings as scheduled</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Supervises Level I occupational therapy fieldwork students a minimum of once per year as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
