  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Develops products per software design procedures.</li><li><!--block-->Designs, simulates, codes, and debugs motor control algorithms and applications in C languages.</li><li><!--block-->Develops software to be implemented in internal and customer product lines.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Tests and maintains software implemented in company product lines.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Perform root cause analysis and provide solution to issues with existing products</li><li><!--block-->Writes and tests protocols and design verification testing for company product lines.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Provides technical support to customers.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Performs other related duties as required or assigned.</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>Who we want:<br></strong>If you are a self-motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</div><ul><li><!--block-->Hard-working winners - Confident, competitive, and results-oriented professionals who create a track record of success.</li><li><!--block-->Dedicated achievers - People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.</li><li><!--block-->Effective communicators - People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li><!--block-->Collaborative partner - People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>What you need:<br>Education &amp; Experience</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical or a related field (required</li><li><!--block-->3+ years of relevant experience&nbsp; in engineering, engineering technology, design technology, or a related field (required)</li><li><!--block-->Master’s Degree in relevant field could substitute for years of experience<br><br></li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Proficient in C/C++ programming</li><li><!--block-->Experience working with ARM-based microcontrollers</li><li><!--block-->Experience developing applications using C++, C#, and Dart</li><li><!--block-->Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity</li><li><!--block-->Experience interfacing with peripherals such as LCD displays, Flash memory, RTC, etc.</li><li><!--block-->Working knowledge of RTOS for embedded environments (e.g., FreeRTOS or similar)</li><li><!--block-->Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet</li><li><!--block-->Strong understanding of Internet protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, and MQTT</li><li><!--block-->Experience applying IoT best practices for embedded development</li><li><!--block-->Experience developing software that integrates with security peripherals and secure elements</li><li><!--block-->Working knowledge of CI/CD processes, Cmake and automated build systems</li><li><!--block-->Knowledge of encryption and secure communication protocols</li><li><!--block-->Experience in mobile app development is a strong plus</li><li><!--block-->Ability to read and understand schematic and PCBs</li><li><!--block-->Experience with troubleshooting embedded products with high voltages (up to 585 VAC) and root causing issues with products at manufacturing</li><li><!--block-->Understands product life cycle process from concept through application</li><li><!--block-->Experience in providing customer support and dealing with challenging customer issues.</li><li><!--block-->Experience interacting with manufacturing sites for the support of software used in production equipment</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div><div><!--block--><em>Don’t feel like you check all the boxes?
