You will oversee&nbsp;select applications within modules of assigned functional track, including accountability, system development lifecycle, design, implementation, and cutover.</span></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><span><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><span>Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Applies functional knowledge to design and customize workflow systems to provide seamless integration for users.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Translates business needs into technical requirements. Writes functional requirements, develop test plans, and works with production issues.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Coordinates, implements and communicates system change requirements.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Assists with design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Performs business analysis of systems and follows through full development life cycle.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Troubleshoots basic problems and recommends appropriate actions.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Analyzes business processes, identifies process deficiencies, researches solutions, and plans and coordinates correction of these deficiencies.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Writes and validates business requirements and conducts system tests.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Coaches less-experienced business systems analysts.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Provides expertise on content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications, including educates others on workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by enterprise resource planning (ERP) modules.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><span>Bachelor's&nbsp;Degree in&nbsp;Computer Science&nbsp;or related field required.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>3 years required; 5 years preferred of overseeing direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>1 year required; 3 years preferred technical experience creating and delivering technology solutions.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>1 year required; 3 years preferred working with core software applications.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Knowledge of IT design, testing, and documentation methods.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Demonstrated proficiency in computer hardware and software.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Project management experience, planning and completing large and small projects preferred.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong organization skills.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Conflict management and negotiation skills.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong computer and data analysis skills.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflow and processes.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Ability to exercise judgment about the most productive course of action.</span></span></li>\n</ul>",
