We need your help to become the leading architecture and engineering firm focused on sustainable community-focused building design.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Job Summary:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">        </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The Architectural Drafter ensures that the design intent of the project is realized throughout all phases of design, including concept drawings, design development, and technical documentation. The Architectural Drafter also works with the design team to ensure technical assembly of the contract documents for multiple projects and plays a support role in the development and coordination of buildings systems design.  Candidates must have excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills and possess a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and client-focused environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Essential Job Functions and Leadership Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Data collection, site visits, master planning and site planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Support project design from concept phase through construction administration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Code and regulation review</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Coordinate preparation of all design documents with consultants</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Associates Degree in related field from an accredited university or relevant work experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Proficiency with CAD and BIM software and other relevant systems for drawing creation and presentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Strong drawing and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Solid understanding of design and construction process and knowledge of building codes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to work effectively in a team environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Excellent computer skills </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Additional Preferred Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Knowledge of design programs such as Bluebeam, Sketchup, and Photoshop</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Experience in healthcare, multi-family residential, and retail design</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">NAGEL values a healthy work/life balance and promotes a friendly, laid-back office environment.  Compensation includes a complete benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a retirement plan.</span></p>",
