(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Summary of Duties: Oversight of contractor safety operations on NYCT station rehabilitation projects</li>\n <li>Candidate must be <u>comfortable</u> and <u>motivated</u> to work the day shift, night shift and weekend shifts when necessary.</li>\n <li>Typical Hours of operation: 7am – 3:30pm.</li>\n <li>Conduct safety inspections at various project sites, develop and submit a report at the end of each inspection.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing and reviewing Health and Safety procedures and programs.</li>\n <li>Conduct safety related training.</li>\n <li>Provide compliance assistance to projects.</li>\n <li>Ensure all safety requirements of the Building Code and OSHA are being met.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project safety.</li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience working as safety personnel for NYC Transit projects</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation required for travel to various sites as required.</li>\n <li>Safety Training and Certifications required.</li>\n <li><strong>CHST or CSP is required</strong>.</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 required.</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of relevant safety requirements including OSHA, NYC DOB, NYC DEP, DOT, local, state and federal safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Total Compensation Package</li>\n <li>Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Mentoring programs</li>\n <li>Continuing Education Program</li>\n <li>Employee referral bonus</li>\n <li>Volunteer/Industry association opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We believe in the power of collaboration.
