View our <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https://benchmarkhs.com/about/65-years-of-stories/\" href=\"https://benchmarkhs.com/about/65-years-of-stories/\">65 Years of Stories</a>&nbsp;campaign to learn more about the impact Benchmark employees have made across the country.</p><p><br><strong>Flexible Schedule, Competitive Salary, and Multidisciplinary Team Approach!</strong></p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided</li><li>Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, etc.</li><li>Maintain billable criteria</li><li>Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.</li><li>Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.</li><li>Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.</li><li>Attend all client specific meetings as directed.</li><li>Attend client psychiatric appointments and inpatient psychiatric discharge meetings.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in an applied Health Services area of Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Counseling.</li><li>1 year experience working as an independent contractor</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Experience as a Behavior Consultant or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li><li>Able to work independently</li></ul><p>Interested candidates can apply online at www.BenchmarkHS.com/Careers</p><p>Benchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
