Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. </li>\n <li> Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests. </li>\n <li>Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks. </li>\n <li> Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services. </li>\n <li> Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. </li>\n <li> interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner. </li>\n <li> Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. </li>\n <li> Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor. </li>\n <li> Takes orders and serves drinks to customers. Ensures hot beverages are hot and frozen beverages are frozen. </li>\n <li> Cleans and maintains station: empties ashtrays, removes trash, wipes tables, removes empty glasses, pushes in chairs, etc.  Constantly pre-busses stations. </li>\n <li>Breaks bartenders when necessary. - Knows all drink prices.</li>\n <li> Completes end of shift checkout and paperwork according to preset standards. </li>\n <li>Verifies guest is of legal drinking age when unsure. </li>\n <li> Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker. </li>\n <li> Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. </li>\n <li> Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. </li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li>\n <li> Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. </li>\n <li>Cash handling experience required. </li>\n <li> Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. </li>\n <li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. </li>\n <li> Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li> Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds. </li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li> Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li>\n <li> Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n <li> Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li>\n <li> Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
