          "text": "<p>New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is seeking a&#xa0;Medical&#xa0;Director&#xa0;to provide clinical leadership and psychiatric oversight across our&#xa0;Article&#xa0;31 outpatient mental health clinics&#xa0;located&#xa0;in the Bronx, Bushwick, East New York and Jackson Heights.</p><p>This role combines&#xa0;direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services in compliance with&#xa0;the New&#xa0;York State Office of Mental Health (OMH).</p><p>The&#xa0;<strong>Medical&#xa0;Director</strong>&#xa0;will supervise&#xa0;prescribers, support interdisciplinary care, and collaborate with executive leadership to advance clinical quality and program development.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide&#xa0;medical&#xa0;oversight for psychiatric services across outpatient&#xa0;clinics</li><li>Supervise and mentor psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse&#xa0;practitioners</li><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment&#xa0;planning</li><li>Ensure compliance with OMH regulations and clinical&#xa0;standards</li><li>Participate in quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement&#xa0;initiatives</li><li>Monitor prescribing practices and support safe medication&#xa0;management</li><li>Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership on program development and strategic&#xa0;initiatives</li><li>Support interdisciplinary care coordination and&#xa0;participate&#xa0;in case&#xa0;conferences</li></ul>",
