You have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.</p><p><strong>What you’d be doing in this role</strong></p><p>As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavor of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.</p><p>At the moment, this role is focused on:</p><ul><li><p>Own the Public Sector &amp; Healthcare lifecycle. You'll own strategy, planning, execution, and results within identified governments and healthcare institutions alongside a Customer Success Manager to drive additional MAU growth.</p></li><li><p>Foster relationships within your account. You'll onboard accounts and provide strategic sales support to ensure a successful deployment of Canva across multiple departments and cross-functional implementations</p></li><li><p>Focus on the Public Sector &amp; Healthcare community. You'll run a healthy and predictable business that delivers a jointly agreed customer transformation strategy</p></li><li><p>Understand the Canva user lifecycle. You'll establish close relationships with our passionate community of Public Sector &amp; Healthcare users to know first-hand what they need to become successful Canva users.</p></li><li><p>Identify trends and usage patterns. You'll utilize data analysis to inform future product and marketing plans.</p></li><li><p>Drive retention and engagement. You'll continuously test, learn, and iterate on our lifecycle strategy at our identified customers to build meaningful and impactful relationships.</p></li></ul><p><strong>You're probably a match if</strong></p><ul><li>Enterprise Sales Experience. You bring 3+ years as an Enterprise Account Executive, with a strong track record of closing complex deals and driving revenue growth within large organizations.</li><li><p>Experience with the Government and/or Healthcare Market. You understand Public Sector efficiency solutions and are able to communicate with government systems on how Canva can improve visual design literacy</p></li><li><p>Sales Expertise. You are comfortable selling government software solutions combined with real-world experience in design in order to drive MAU growth across these organizations</p></li><li><p>Excellent Collaboration skills. You enjoy working alongside your direct team as well as with cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Implementing new Technologies. You have a deep understanding of how government institutions roll-out new technology and the ways institution-wide deployments operate.</p></li><li><p>Effective Communication skills. You create clarity through your communication by making complex things simple. You can confidently present your ideas and tell a compelling story to customers and the broader team.</p></li><li><p>Strong Business Planning Skills. You have the ability to move from planning all the way through to implementation and complete projects that deliver high impact.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Community Management. You understand social media standard processes and tactics for educating audiences.</p></li><li><p>Growth Mindset. You're eager to learn and develop your skills whilst having fun along the way!</p></li><li><p>Bonus points if you speak a little French (or a lot!). As we expand across North America, French language skills are a big plus.&#xa0;Particularly for engaging with francophone communities in Canada.</p></li></ul><p><br>\n<strong>About the team</strong></p><p>At Canva, our Public Sector Consultant team is dedicated to supporting any team or organization that has a need to design at scale. We have seen success across different types of companies, including those in Education Institutions, Governments, Not-for-Profits, and others. Teams within organizations that enjoy Canva for Teams come from diverse departments such as Communications, Marketing, Sales, and HR. The core focus of our team is to prove the power of Canva within these public sector entities. Institutions are looking to move away from outdated systems and time-consuming design processes, and we aim to serve by empowering them with the ability to build better products and stories.</p><p>Our consultants work closely with our customers to understand their specific goals and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
