    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: Material Handler</p><p><strong>Department</strong>: Manufacturing</p><p><strong>Position Description</strong>: Manufacturing support position with activities focused upon the movement, accuracy, and inventory management of materials required for production as defined by the Bill of Materials.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><p>-Stage raw material to support daily production requirements. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>-Complete assigned area of First Piece Approval documents.</p><p>-Properly store raw materials, concentrate, raw materials, and work in progress.</p><p>-Ensure and maintain raw materials and component inventories.</p><p>-Perform color blending and other raw material mixing requirements.</p><p>-Perform raw material and color changeovers.</p><p>-Assure material flow to all presses is uninterrupted.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>-Initiate raw material drying process, as required.</p><p>-Ensure proper ratio of regrind raw material as defined by the Bill of Materials.</p><p>-Properly operator material handling equipment.</p><p>-Manage products/components with defined shelf life.</p><p>-Maintain housekeeping with staging, raw, and scrap areas.</p><p>-Assist in the training of new hires, as required.</p><p>- Participate, as needed, in internal problem solving/improvement activities.</p><p>- Other duties as assigned by supervision.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Requirements</strong>:</p><p>-High school diploma or GED; or a minimum of six months related experience or training in related field.</p><p>-All employees are responsible for complying with the safety policies and procedures.</p><p>&nbsp;-Lifting shoulder high up to 75 lbs. repetitively.</p><p>-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>-Perform basic math functions &ndash; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.</p><p>-Work requires repetitive motion activities include but not limited to box cutting, standing, lifting, pushing/pulling, bending, and loading/unloading.</p><p>-Must complete training requirements for the position, as outlined in the training matrix.</p><p>-Able to support overtime during the week or weekends.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Key Interfaces</strong></p><p><strong>Internal:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>-Production Supervisors/TL/RO</p><p>-Quality, Manufacturing, and Process Engineers</p><p><strong>External:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>-Corporate Manufacturing support</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Measure Accountability</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p>-Safety</p><p>-Quality</p><p>-Judgement/Decision Making</p><p>-Teamwork/Interpersonal Skills</p><p>-Attention to detail and accuracy of work</p><p>-Cleanliness</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
