    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the CMDB enrichment and HAMPRO implementation team. Sr. Developer will be the primary hands-on implementer for Service Graph Connector configuration, CMDB data import and Transform Map development. Working under the direction of the Technical Lead, this role requires strong ServiceNow scripting ability, solid CMDB knowledge and the practical capability to configure complex data integrations between external systems and ServiceNow. This role also takes ownership of HAMPRO configuration and Flow Designer workflows for device lifecycle management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Graph Connector Configuration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure and test Service Graph Connectors — including API credentials setup, discovery scope configuration and CI field mapping</li>\n<li>Write and maintain Transform Maps and Transform Scripts to accurately map MDM and network management data to ServiceNow CI classes</li>\n<li>Implement CI deduplication rules using serial number as primary key — ensuring SGC sync does not create duplicate records for existing CIs</li>\n<li>Configure SGC sync schedules and validate CI completeness after each sync cycle — logging coverage metrics to CMDB completeness report</li>\n<li>Test SGC behaviour for device retirement scenarios — validate that CIs are marked Retired (not deleted) when devices are removed from Endpoint management system</li>\n<li>Configure API integration — mapping reference data to ServiceNow CIs with correct parent relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CMDB Import &amp; Data Quality</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and execute manual CSV import process for application CIs — preparing import templates, running Import Sets and resolving Transform Map errors</li>\n<li>Validate CI field completeness: business_service, sys_class_name, environment, assignment_group — flagging and remediating gaps</li>\n<li>Implement store_id as mandatory attribute across all retail hardware CI types — validating enforcement via Transform Map rejection rules</li>\n<li>Build the CI relationship structure (store → device parent relationships) for all SGC-discovered CIs using Dependency Views and relationship types</li>\n<li>Develop scheduled CMDB completeness report script — querying CI fields and writing completeness scores to Performance Analytics for governance dashboard</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HAMPRO Configuration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure HAMPRO model records for all hardware types</li>\n<li>Set up warranty tracking, EOL date fields and automated warranty expiry alerts (90-day, 30-day pre-expiry notifications)</li>\n<li>Build Flow Designer workflow for device replacement RITM: procurement request creation, shipping tracking, device provisioning steps, monitoring onboarding checklist and retired asset decommission</li>\n<li>Configure HAMPRO financial fields — purchase cost, depreciation schedule, book value — for retail hardware asset records</li>\n<li>Integrate HAMPRO warranty status into Event Management incident enrichment via Business Rule — auto-populating warranty details on hardware incidents at creation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Development &amp; Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write clean, well-commented ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs) following platform best practices</li>\n<li>Maintain technical documentation for all SGC configurations, Transform Maps and HAMPRO workflows in Confluence</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews with Technical Lead — incorporating feedback and applying standards consistently</li>\n<li>Support Developer 2 with guidance on Transform Map patterns and SGC troubleshooting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience with strong hands-on CMDB and ITOM skills</li>\n<li>Experience configuring Service Graph Connectors or Discovery in ServiceNow ITOM</li>\n<li>Proficient in ServiceNow Transform Maps, Import Sets, Data Sources and scheduled import jobs</li>\n<li>Solid ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Script Executions, Client Scripts — using Glide API</li>\n<li>Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB CI class model, relationship types and CSDM hierarchy</li>\n<li>Experience with Flow Designer for multi-step workflow automation</li>\n<li>Ability to work from technical specifications and translate them into working ServiceNow configuration</li>\n<li>Experience integrating ServiceNow with external REST APIs</li>\n<li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS — ITOM</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
