    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Flatiron Dragados is seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Canadian operations. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will work closely with corporate/project leaders, HR partners, and HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) to drive workforce planning, talent mobility, and to support the effective delivery of people strategies aligned to business needs. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a trusted advisor to corporate/project leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Partner with internal legal counsel to manage and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with Canadian employment legislation.</li>\n <li>Support and coach leaders on performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, development planning, and performance improvement.</li>\n <li>Partner with the Total Rewards COE on compensation planning, salary reviews, and job evaluations to ensure alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness.</li>\n <li>Work closely with the Talent Acquisition COE to support workforce planning efforts and ensure a strong pipeline of talent aligned with current and future business needs.</li>\n <li>Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover) and provide actionable insights to business leaders.</li>\n <li>Schedules and facilitates HR trainings regarding Company systems, performance and compensation evaluation reviews, compliance trainings and Company programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field required.  </li>\n <li>7+ years’ Human Resource Generalist experience required.  </li>\n <li>Prior OD/OE and change management experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Construction industry or related industry experience preferred.  </li>\n <li>Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certifications preferred </li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License </li>\n <li>Able to build relationships with internal and external business contacts required.  </li>\n <li>Able to influence with or without authority at all levels of the business.  </li>\n <li>Strong time-management skills required.
