    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Physical Therapist Assistant</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Description</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs professional Physical Therapy activities consisting of planning and implementing individual and group treatment activities in a collaborative child- and family-centered service delivery model under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position.  Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position. </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Inform patient and family goals and progress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Maintain a full-time caseload that may include children and families receiving services through insurance, school-based services, consultation, or private pay models of service delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> May supervise students.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Skills, Qualifications, and Certifications/Licensure Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Current license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist Assistant OR eligible to sit for the exam. License must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Professional writing skills that include the ability to reflect medical necessity in documentation and communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team as well as other stakeholders in a child’s plan of care. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Time management skills necessary to meet clinic requirements for clinician efficiency as well as documentation and billing timefram</span>es.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities and Requirements unique to this location:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be willing to take students </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Work two days a week until 6 pm - most children will not be diagnosed with vision therapy needs until they are school aged. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Understand and incorporate vision development if indicated in PT plan of care.</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Gross motor performance as it relates to vision development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Reflex Integration exercises.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
