The Developer III, Power BI will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, build robust data models, and deliver high-performance dashboards and reports. We are seeking an individual with extensive proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL, along with a track record of incorporating data from cloud environments like Azure and Snowflake. This role also supports embedded analytics initiatives and ensures alignment with BI development and governance standards.<strong>HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:</strong></p>\n<p>Power BI Development & Data Modeling:•    Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI•    Build and optimize semantic models and table structures for performance and scalability•    Write advanced DAX expressions for complex business logic and performance tuning•    Develop and maintain Power Query (M) scripts for data transformation•    Implement Power BI Embedded solutions for web-based analytics deliveryData Integration & Backend Connectivity:•    Integrate data from Snowflake, Azure SQL, and other cloud/on-prem sources•    Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines and model refreshes•    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all BI solutionsCollaboration & Documentation:•    Work with business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions•    Document data models, logic, and dashboard functionality for maintainability•    Provide support and training to end-users and junior developersDeployment & Governance:•    Follow CI/CD practices using tools like Git, Tabular Editor, and TMDL•    Ensure compliance with Power BI governance, security, and workspace management standards•    Monitor and optimize report performance and data refresh schedules•    Other duties as assigned<strong>WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM</strong></p>\n<p>As a member of this team, this position will have the opportunity to focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced Power BI solutions.
