    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Technical Product Management to join our Digital Channel Platform team. This role is located in Pune</span></p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><p>• Own and execute product roadmap items aligned to team’s vision and OKRs<br>• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones<br>• Drive sprint execution in partnership with engineering and design teams<br>• Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and reliability<br>• Improve end-to-end user journeys (discovery, onboarding, usage, and support)<br>• Drive enhancements across UI/UX, navigation, and developer experience<br>• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and platform usage<br>• Collaborate with product, platform, and business teams to align priorities<br>• Ensure consistent messaging and experience across platforms<br>• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership<br>• Work closely with engineering on platform capabilities (API onboarding, search, subscriptions, authentication)<br>• Support integration with backend systems<br>• Drive improvements in API documentation, onboarding flows, and developer tooling<br>• Ensure product decisions align with technical feasibility and scalability<br>• Ensure adherence to security, risk, and compliance requirements<br>• Support backlog prioritization for technical debt, vulnerabilities, and stability improvements<br>• Manage production issues, escalations, and continuous improvement cycles<br>• Maintain release readiness and operational resilience<br>• Leverage analytics (e.g., user funnels, search behavior, engagement data) to inform decisions<br>• Use customer feedback loops to refine product features and roadmap<br>• Contribute to AI-driven enhancements (search, chatbot, personalization)</p><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><p>• Candidate should have 10-13 years of total experience<br>• Strong understanding of agile delivery and product lifecycle management<br>• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions<br>• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business)<br>• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<br>• Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision-making<br>• Familiarity with API ecosystems, developer platforms, or SaaS products preferred<br>• Product execution and delivery ownership<br>• Customer-centric thinking and user journey design<br>• Technical acumen (APIs, platform architecture, integrations)<br>• Collaboration and influencing skills<br>• Problem-solving and decision-making<br>• Adaptability and continuous learning mindset</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
