For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Be expected to be dedicated to the Linesight Project Management Consultancy based in Groningen, Netherlands.</p></li>\n <li><p>Be responsible for the Overall Management and tracking of the Early Warning Notifications (EWNs), Risk Management and Change Management process.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage and Host EWNs, Risk and Change meetings to review with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.</p></li>\n <li><p>Escalate submissions that breach agreed escalation thresholds triggers.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage Change communication and ensure key stakeholders are informed of change orders and action as required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain Client Database and ensure comprehensive detail is managed effectively and explains the content clearly.</p></li>\n <li><p>Use facilitating best practices, engage collaboratively with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments to ensure any identified risks and mitigation efforts are accurately costed and scheduled.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare reports on status of change and risk for inclusion in monthly project reports.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all relevant supporting documentation necessary for change approval and signoff is provided.</p></li>\n <li>Manage and report to the Owner on the total Project Contingency budget versus actual spend and maintain the change order log demonstrating the drawdown of contingency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline, where you have championed Risk & Change Management.</li>\n <li>Have experience in large-scale complex construction projects. </li>\n <li>Thrive on balancing analytical and strategic approaches in your leadership. </li>\n <li>Are fluent in English language both orally and written.</li>\n <li>Are currently living or looking to move to Netherlands (you must have the legal right to work already). </li>\n <li>Are detail-oriented and quality-focused. </li>\n <li>Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your priorities and deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. </p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p><strong>About us</strong><strong>  </strong>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
