Job duties will also include responding to hardware problems, updating system software and tracking the data and communications used on the network. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Typical Duties and&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily support calls and support tickets</li><li>Support the company&rsquo;s disperse desktop/laptop systems company-wide</li><li>Apply software updates as needed</li><li>Resolve client issues, perform routine updates to devices</li><li>Interact with team members to assist in troubleshooting and identify root cause of system problems</li><li>Manage Azure Cloud environment</li><li>Setup computers for deployment</li><li>Training of users on how to use Mersino Applications</li><li>Work with team to improve training documentation</li><li>Provide remote desktop support</li><li>Assist with mobile device management tool</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years supporting a Windows Computer environment</li><li>Basic understanding of mobile device management</li><li>Outstanding communication skills</li><li>Troubleshooting skills</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team</li><li>Initiative to research and resolve problems</li><li>Travel up to 20%</li></ul><p><strong>Specific Expectations:</strong></p><ul><li>Certifications not required, but are a plus (A+, N+, MCP, MCSA/E, VCP)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Experience with customer support</li><li>Experience with remote management tools</li><li>Odoo ERP&nbsp;</li><li>Azure Cloud experience</li><li>Experience with AirWatch or equivalent mobile device management platform</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s level degree in an IT related</li></ul><p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong> The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
