Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex projects focused on data analytics and reporting solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating team meetings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct regular project status meetings and reports, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage project documentation, including project charters, statements of work, and project plans. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with USDA data governance policies and standards, maintaining data integrity and security. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage project procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>10 Plus years of experience in managing large, complex government contracts that involved data architecture, reporting, and analytics supporting USDA. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and closure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong technical skills in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by the client. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in a related field. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms and tools. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of government mission areas and their specific data reporting requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with systems and/or platforms such as: Salesforce, Pega, EDAPT AIP, Engineering Field Tools (EFT), Field Office Technical Guide (FOTG), Web Soil, Survey (WSS), Soil Data Access (SDA), NASIS (National Soil Information System), and Water and Climate Information System (WCIS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Target salary range: $110,000 - $190,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. </p>\n<p>Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
