This role will learn while working on real-life projects, also providing administrative support.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Eastford, CT<br>&nbsp;This position is 100% on site.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Under Direct Supervision:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interfaces with all functional departments and handle Continuous Improvement requests</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Undertakes independent projects as needed in support of department</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports Supervisors, Team Leaders and Associates in the application of the Lean principles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in designs and fabricates right size equipment from Creform Tubing and other materials</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in the completion of Kaizen Newspaper Action Items</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participates in and supports Kaizen Workshops</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Learn how to use Kaizen tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to all Core Values (Health and Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Development of People, Integrity, Corporate Citizenship, Continuous Improvement, Respect).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to all Core Competencies (Communication, Teamwork, Achieving Results, Commitment to Continuous Improvement).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">0-2 years hands on experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
