This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring deals are complete, accurate, financially sound, and ready for execution.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping complex work moving forward across multiple teams.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and validate quotes, pricing, margins, terms, and order details before operational handoff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the primary checkpoint between Sales and Operations to ensure deals are accurate and execution-ready</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies and remove blockers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage multiple active deals simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify recurring process issues and recommend improvements that reduce errors and improve efficiency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help standardize workflows and documentation across the sales process</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support continuous improvement efforts related to quoting, order management, and cross-functional coordination</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</span></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, project coordination, or similar operational roles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple departments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and escalating issues when something doesn&rsquo;t look right</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and technology</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to pass criminal background histories</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Background in B2B sales environments&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with ERP systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience documenting SOPs or training others on operational workflows</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Sales Operations Coordinator is an in-office role based in Columbus, OH, working closely with the sales team and internal departments.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Who We Are</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shaffer is a family-founded, employee-owned business with deep roots in the arcade equipment distribution and amusement operations space.
