This role is responsible for driving inspection throughput, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a Manufacturing Inspection Supervisor, you will have ownership of inspection operations with the following key responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule inspection of in-process product to meet production timelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule and direct inspection personnel across multiple shifts to ensure proper staffing and workflow balance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive the release of syringes and vials through the inspection process to support manufacturing demands.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training of inspectors to ensure competency and compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing inspection documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own and lead investigations, corrective actions, and CAPAs related to Manufacturing Inspection.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review inspection reports and execute necessary electronic inventory transactions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure adherence to all GMP procedures and cleanroom requirements, including proper hygiene, gowning, and material transfer practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate strong knowledge of manufacturing documentation flow and ensure compliance to all applicable procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate daily inspection schedules and priorities with cross-functional departments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Escalate barriers or issues to management when resolution cannot be achieved independently.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support internal and external audits as a subject matter expert for the inspection function.</li></ul><p>This position could be a great fit if you are a strong manufacturing leader with the following:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a regulated industry, medical device, pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry preferred.</li><li>Visual inspection experience strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Quality engineering or quality assurance experience preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a deadline driven environment.</li></ul><p>Schedule: 1<sup>st</sup> shift, Monday &ndash; Friday</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Starting Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually with consideration for relevant skills and experience</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lifecore offers a highly competitive total rewards package, including:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Opportunities to learn and grow with a well-respected company</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Competitive compensation with annual reviews and a company-wide incentive bonus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Benefits that start the first of the month after you join Lifecore as a full-time employee:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>3 medical insurance plans to fit your needs and budget including an HSA Plan with a generous company contribution.</li><li>Low cost dental and vision insurance</li><li>Short term disability, long term disability and life insurance all 100% company paid</li><li>3 weeks PTO in the first year (increases to 4 weeks after just 2 years!)</li><li>9 paid company holidays plus 1-2 personal holidays</li><li>4 weeks of paid family leave after 1 year of employment</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>401k plan with company matching contribution</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet Lifecore Biomedical, LLC:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lifecore Biomedical, Inc.
