    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end production of acidic and basic castables and steel casting fluxes.</li><li>Control critical parameters: PSD, binder/additive dosage, moisture, mixing sequence, homogeneity, flowability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with product quality parameters (flow, setting time, CCS, HMOR, slag resistance, flux melting behavior).</li><li>Drive production planning, yield improvement, rejection reduction, and cost optimization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and statutory requirements.</li><li>Lead and develop production teams; manage shifts and manpower planning.</li><li>Implement Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality, R&amp;D, Maintenance, SCM, Planning, and Dispatch.</li><li>Support new product trials, audits, and customer technical visits.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience, Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Refractory castable formulations &amp; processing</li><li>Intensive mixers, batching plants, packing systems</li><li>Understanding of steel casting flux performance</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP (PP/MM)</li><li>B.E./B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering Experience</li><li>10-18 years of experience in refractory manufacturing</li><li>Minimum 8 years in acidic and Basic Production</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
