The Greeter provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process; greeting and fulfilling club member needs as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provides member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Creates and maintains a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assists in making all transactions quick and efficient. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Branch Location: 6301 SILVER DART DR MISSISSAUGA, ON L5P 1A2, TERMINAL 1.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Interviews will take place out of our 280 Attwell Drive Etobicoke, ON M9W 5B2 location.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a Full Time position that pays $17.75 / hour, as well as additional opportunities for monthly performance bonuses/incentives.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The position is shift driven with Full Time hours. Must have open availability and be able to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with shifts scheduled within the airport’s operating hours of 5:30 am to 3:00 am.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Employee discount</li>\n <li>Retirement savings plan</li>\n <li>Extended Health Benefits (Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision)</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Training and development</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with drivers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply.</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable.</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits.</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management.</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly.</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business.</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request.</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent </li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid <strong>Ontario G or G2 </strong><strong>driver's license</strong> with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years</li>\n <li>Proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Minimum 6 months part time or full time relevant experience required in one of the following: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Sales</li>\n   <li>Customer Service (i.e. Retail, Restaurant, etc.)</li>\n   <li>Management/Supervisory experience (i.e. Sales or Service industry)</li>\n   <li>Organizations/Clubs – at a leadership level</li>\n   <li>Community Involvement/Volunteerism – at a leadership level</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Must have open availability and be able to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with shifts scheduled within the airport’s operating hours of 5:30 am to 3:00 am.</strong></li>\n</ul>",
