Champion client satisfaction by working closely with the CRM team, resolving customer service grievances, and ensuring seamless internal dispatch and quality control. Deliver consistent mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance to territory managers and direct reports across all regions.<br><br><b>What You Bring Experience:</b> 10+ years of operational experience, with at least 5+ years of proven management leadership inside a fast-paced healthcare environment.<br><br><b>Education & Credentials</b>: Bachelor’s degree required (master's in healthcare operations preferred). Licensure/certification in Radiography or an RN field is a major plus.<br><br><b>Tech-Savvy Leadership:</b> In-depth knowledge of data analysis software (such as Medi Matrix, Timeclock Employee, and Samsara GPS Fleet Tracking) along with CRM and MS Excel proficiency.<br><br><b>Execution & Grit:</b> Supreme analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
